Why do you want to join our staff team? [Minimum of 3 Sentences]:
I have been a member of this server and have seen it slowly grow. On my first day, I was greeted with friendly Trainers, Branch Managers, and also a few staff members. I was very fresh and didn’t know much about how the server ran and I felt out of place. Staff helped me out a lot with getting situated and made me feel welcomed as a member of the server. I try to help the new players as much as I can when they are feeling lost and out of place because I know everyone has their first time trying to get familiar with a new server and so I try to assist and make them feel welcomed as much as I can. I also have several months of staffing experience on a couple of different servers. I am very patient and I do not get angry or upset if I am overwhelmed or dealing with someone who is breaking rules or not obeying orders. I am active and spend hours a day on this server trying to involve myself in everything I can so myself and everyone else have something to do. I am a college student so I cannot be spending very long hours online if I have school work but I always still have free time. In no way am I putting the staff team down by saying this but later on when the server starts hitting high numbers I can see them get overwhelmed very often especially since everyone always has their own stuff to do and may not be able to tend to tickets, especially if the server has an event or something of that nature. I want to try and help with that even if it's just a little bit. Believe me, I know how stressful it is to be an Admin/Developer and GM and it's none of your guys’ faults when minges waste everyone's time or people are breaking rules, so I want to help out the best I can.
Why should you be accepted onto the staff team? [Minimum of 3 Sentences]:
As I previously stated above, I have past staffing experience and have completed lots of tickets. I work well under pressure and I know how to handle issues in a professional and mature manner. I am aware that I will be representing Renown Network and I will not tarnish their name by misbehaving and/or doing things I am not supposed to be doing. I’ve seen players get reasonably upset/angry when their tickets are not being answered or if players are breaking rules and there aren’t much staff to help out. I have never been biased or have bent the rules in favor of my friends and I still find no reason to. I am dedicated and hard-working, I don’t cut corners or take the easy way out of situations when times get tough. I have met many fellow staff members when I used to be staff on DarkRP and MRP and many just give up or just become “yes” men just so the ticket ends faster. I am fond of the server rules and in my last staffing position, I always had a folder of the rules to pull up whenever needed on a case-to-case basis when needed, for my clarification and as well for the player who made the ticket and the offender. I thoroughly explain what they did wrong and how to avoid it, I ask them if they need further clarification if they need it, I am lenient with the newer players as I know it is tough to get used to especially if you are used to playing DarkRP or other game modes, so I take my time when explaining things to them.
