I enjoy running a regiment and making the Battalions the best they can be, I was Tmod and Tevent on PO but I realised that the downfall of that server was either inactive or below average COs. I want to run one of the first few Regiments to be fun and enjoyable with promotions being almost every Event or even in some cases during Trainings (Not everyone can be on for Events and sometimes I myself as CO wont be on every event so its a good way to have passive promotions to keep people interested) Keeping people interested and invested is the main success of a Regiment.
