I have demonstrated on countless servers my ability to lead and interact with others both in and despite a serious leading position. In addition to this, I have always been open minded to suggestions from both fellow commanders and my troops; these two tend to have the brightest ideas. I have been revered as a “fun commander” however I know when enough is enough. I tolerate all people and all kinds—this is what makes a squad an effective squad and what gives a squad a strong team feel. In closing, my ability to lead both in and out of RP has been demonstrated on multiple occasions and is why I choose to lead both in events and in downtime. Leading is key to a successful server and I believe I have the qualifications and the drive to lead an effective squad.Do you understand the lore of your battalion/squad?
